Efti are a long established decorating company in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

Formerly trading as Finishing Touch Decorators, (re-branded in 2014) we have carried out painting and decorating works in the Midlands area for over 20 years. Starting originally as a family business we are now one of the larger decorating contractors in Warwickshire.

Our business expansion is due to the reputation we hold for our excellent workmanship and the ultra-reliable service we provide. We have extensive experience and history of works across all industry sectors, and value all of our client base, gained over many years.

The service we provide is second to none – from initial contact you will be met with a friendly approachable demeanour allied to a considered approach to your project. We can quote any sized decorating works and offer colour advice and professional planning as part of our service.

Once works commence you will be kept informed of progress and any queries can be discussed immediately. Efti are very conscious of the environments we work in, and our staff are courteous and flexible to the demands of the sectors they are working in.

Our tradesmen are all CSCS carded, DBS checked and in the majority hold asbestos awareness certificates.

How it works

  • We agree a convenient time to inspect the works
  • Site visit -All measures and notes taken by Efti, or drawings read and measured
  • We will post or email you back an official quotation within a few days
  • If you are happy with the quotation, we agree a provisional start date
  • Efti to confirm precise start date
  • Pre start meeting to clarify all details or additional requirements
  • Work commences and progress and standards checked regularly
  • Any issues discussed and rectified
  • Works signed off

We can cost jobs in a way to suit you, whether agreeing a fixed sum for decorating, per room/area or square metre.

An agreed fixed sum amount of work to carry out over a 12 month period- carried out to your timescale over potential quieter periods. An easy consistent way to budget, rather than unknown costs that can spiral due to an inconsistent level of funding over a previous period leading to more work being required. We can provide you with rates that you can divide into your budget to show the amount of decorating that can be carried out in that period.
A pre costed square metre rate – gives you the option of doing multiple areas that are most in need of decoration, rather than just one complete area. (For example 4 individual corridor walls spread over 3 corridors, may be in more need of attention than one full bedroom or classroom, plus it gives the visual impression of larger areas being in good condition. The benefits of this are your buildings are in constantly good decorative order throughout, rather than waiting until one area is in poor condition before addressing.
Perfect for budgeting over the year with the knowledge of how much it will cost in advance. Many rooms such as hotel rooms or classrooms or offices are standard and replicate others- we can price up these rooms and you can budget a year in advance how many can be decorated according to your budget.
A fixed cost for a one off requested area of work, either internally or externally.
